On day 7 of your trial, we’ll send you a reminder email letting you know that your subscription will begin in 7 days. If you cancel within these 14 days, you won’t be charged – no strings attached.
Once the 14-day trial ends, your selected plan will automatically start. From that point on, you can cancel your subscription at the end of each billing period. No risk, no hidden fees – just try it out and get started!
Yes, absolutely. During your 14-day trial, you can switch between plans as often as you like – completely flexible and free of charge.
After the trial period, you can still easily upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account – whenever it suits you. You can schedule changes at any time.
Upgrades can even take effect immediately – you’ll get instant access to the new features & contingents and only pay the prorated difference.
Downgrades will automatically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle – giving you full control over your subscription.

Yes! With our Addon-Suites, you can flexibly add feature bundles to your existing plan – without having to upgrade to a higher tier. Each suite includes a set of related features, such as integrations, whitelabeling, or messaging. This way, you get exactly what you need – tailored and flexible.
"Active Contacts" are contacts you actively engage with – for example, by changing their status, sending a message, adding a note, or when a contact is created or updated. Each active contact is only counted once per month. This means you only pay for contacts you're truly working with – fair and transparent.
If you don’t see your plan listed under the current Start, Grow, Expand, or Scale plans, you might still be on a legacy plan such as the Pro, Business, Advanced, or Individual plan. These were replaced by our modular pricing model in September 2025.

Your first 14 days are completely free. If you decide not to continue, you can cancel Perspective directly from your account. Click on Settings, your subscription, and then Cancel Subscription. However, we will do everything we can to make you successful and keep you a satisfied customer.
